Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare menus that showcase the diversity of ethnic cuisine, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Culinary Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods.
