We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Luxe Cleaning & Organizing Ltd. As a Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including floors, walls, windows, and surfaces
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners in trash cans
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Assist with special events and projects as needed
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and stand for extended periods
Work Environment:

The Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist will work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
