Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-oriented Community Outreach Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing and Customer Service departments, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our new telecommunications essential service provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations, ensuring transparency, honesty, and solutions.
  • Account Activation and Support: Assist customers with account activation, explain delivery and installation methods, and maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Market Expansion: Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service Department Heads to develop and achieve acquisition objectives, financial goals, and critical milestones.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Communicate with internal personnel to create innovative marketing and outreach strategies, improve acquisition and closing efforts, and enhance internal training methods.
  • Professional Development: Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, actively participating in networking sessions, one-on-one meetings, and regular performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Unmatched work ethic with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Effective prioritization skills and ability to multitask throughout the business day.
  • Experience in a leadership and team setting.
