Key Responsibilities- Design and Develop Automated Tests: Create and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the quality of our products.
- Test Script Development and Framework Enhancements: Develop and enhance test scripts and frameworks to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
- System Testing and Integration: Own the system testing and integration of our products, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, development partners, and internal stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Root Cause Analysis and Defect Investigation: Investigate and analyze product defects, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Agile/Scrum Ceremonies: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, grooming, and planning sessions, to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress.
- Team Performance Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to improve team performance and contribute to the development of team members.
- Engineering Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on Experience in Python-based Test Automation: Have 6-10 years of experience in Python-based test automation, with a strong focus on automation testing and performance testing.
- Strong Python Skills: Possess strong Python skills, with experience in automation testing, performance testing, and related areas.
- Experience in Unified Communications, VoIP, SIP, or Related Industries: Have experience in Unified Communications, VoIP, SIP, or related industries, with a strong understanding of APIs, automation tools, and related technologies.
- Experience with Jenkins or Other CI/CD Tools: Have experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools, with a strong understanding of version control systems, such as Gitlab, GitHub, or other version control tools.
- Experience in Testing Life Cycles: Have experience in testing life cycles, including planning, design, execution, and reporting.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in Agile Methodologies: Have experience in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Experience in Microsoft Teams Application Testing: Have experience in testing Microsoft Teams applications, with a strong understanding of voice/video calling applications and related technologies.
- Experience in System Validation: Have experience in system validation, with a strong understanding of VoIP products, applications, peripherals, and hybrid work solutions.
- Professional Experience in Unix/Linux Environments: Have professional experience in Unix/Linux environments, with a strong understanding of Docker containers or other VM environments.
- Knowledge of Docker Containers: Possess knowledge of Docker containers, with experience in deploying and managing containerized applications.
- Experience in Video Conferencing Solutions: Have experience in testing video conferencing solutions, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, or other related products.
- Good Understanding of Java-based Test Automation: Possess a good understanding of Java-based test automation, with experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Good Understanding of Call Control Protocols: Have a good understanding of call control protocols, such as SIP/H.323, with experience in testing and validating related technologies.
- Basic Networking Knowledge: Possess basic networking knowledge, with experience in computer networking systems, including Hubs/Switches/Routers, TCP/IP, certificate management, IP routing, firewalls, and DNS.
