Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Shipper/Delivery Driver. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for receiving and maintaining inventory, packing orders with accuracy and efficiency, and delivering automotive parts and accessories to customers in a safe and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and maintain inventory, including daily vehicle logs
- Pack orders according to packing slips with great attention to detail
- Coordinate deliveries from the store to the customer, communicate order status with customers, and ensure seamless customer service
- Deliver automotive parts and accessories to customers using a company vehicle in a safe and timely manner
Requirements
- Previous shipping/stock person/warehouse experience is an asset
- Valid Class 7 or 5 License required, with clean driver's abstract preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
- Steel toe shoes are required
