Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement education programs for K-12, adult training, and daycare development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of education initiatives, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address education-related issues, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Lead and manage a team of education professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and research, applying this knowledge to inform education strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education or Master of Education degree, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in education, including 3 years of classroom experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective education programs, with a focus on community engagement and outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
