Job Summary

The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Côte-Nord is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Social Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our clients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized plans to address their social and emotional well-being.
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to clients, including individuals, families, and groups.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Develop and implement programs and services to promote social and emotional well-being, including education and outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Registration with the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
