Job Description

Job Title: Psychoeducator

Job Summary:

The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) de la Côte-Nord is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Psychoeducator to join our team. As a Psychoeducator, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and adaptation of individuals with various needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess the difficulties and capacities of individuals, determining a plan of intervention and implementing it.
  • Restore and develop the adaptive capacities of individuals and contribute to the development of the environment to facilitate optimal human adaptation.
  • Design, update, analyze, and evaluate programs for the rehabilitation of users.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including ergotherapists, specialized educators, psychoeducators, and social workers.
  • Participate in the development of programs in collaboration with the work team to improve services for clients.
  • Supervise clinical teams and coordinate services around users in collaboration with involved interveners.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychoeducation and membership in the Order of Psychoeducators and Psychoeducators of Quebec.

Working Conditions:

  • Port of attachment: Various needs throughout the Côte-Nord territory.
  • Clientele and mandates: To be discussed according to your interests (Youth program, DI-TSA-DP, Mental health, DPJ).
  • Statut: Permanent positions and full-time assignments.
  • Salary: Between $29.50 and $52.28 per hour.
