Regional Vice-President: Leadership Role

The Regional Vice-President is a key leadership position at IG Wealth Management, responsible for driving growth and success in their region. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate a team of advisors to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition and Development: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to build a strong recruiting culture that attracts top talent and supports the growth of advisor teams.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Play a key role in attracting and acquiring new high-net-worth clients and business owners, while also retaining existing clients through exceptional service and support.
- Technology Adoption and Innovation: Champion the adoption of new technologies and innovations that impact advisors and clients, ensuring seamless integration and maximum benefit.
- Region Leadership and Mentoring: Provide strategic direction and guidance to advisors, Division Managers, and other team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Performance and Personal Development Coaching: Offer coaching and mentoring to advisors to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills, leading to improved performance and client satisfaction.
- Culture and Diversity: Establish and promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture, celebrating diversity and promoting a culture of belonging.
- Region Finance Management: Oversee the financial management of the region, ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, improve performance, and achieve business objectives.
- University degree in a relevant field
- Previous management experience, preferably in leading large teams
- 10+ years' experience in the financial services industry or a related field
- CFP, PFP, or RRC designation (or commitment to earn designation)
- Branch Manager Certification preferred (will be required upon hire)
- Financial Services Designations preferred (CLU, CFA, CA, CMA, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven strategic planning and business planning ability
