Job Title: Deputy Local Registrar

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Local Registrar to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan. As a Deputy Local Registrar, you will play a critical role in supporting the Local Registrar in the administration of the court system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Local Registrar in the management of court files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of court documents and records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the public, judges, and other court staff.
  • Collaborate with other court staff to ensure the smooth operation of the court system.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or law.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a court or government setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
