Job Title: Deputy Local Registrar

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Deputy Local Registrar with the Government of Saskatchewan.

Location: Regina

Ministry: Justice

Salary Range: $28.118 - $35.239 per hour

Hours of Work: A - SGEU Office 36, one day off every two weeks

Number of Openings: 1

Closing Date: Not applicable

This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Deputy Local Registrar, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Local Registrar and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Local Registrar
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records and documents
  • Responding to inquiries and providing information to the public
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documents

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
