Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nova Scotia Limited.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Establish work schedules to meet the needs of the business, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
- Team player with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Fast-paced environment with a high level of activity.
- Ability to work in a kitchen environment, with exposure to heat, noise, and other hazards.
- English is the primary language of communication, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
- 32-40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
