Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at D'Theatre Restaurant and Pub. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Staff Management: Hire food service staff, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
