Job Title: Lead Soccer Coach

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced coach to lead our part-time soccer programs for children aged 18 months to 7 years old. As a Lead Soccer Coach with Little Kickers, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and fun soccer sessions that promote physical activity, social skills, and character development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality soccer programs that cater to the needs of children with varying skill levels and abilities.
  • Lead a team of coaches and assistants to ensure seamless program delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians to ensure a positive and supportive environment for children.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in youth sports coaching and incorporate new ideas and techniques into program delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching or leading youth sports programs.
  • Strong knowledge of soccer skills and techniques, with the ability to adapt to different age groups and skill levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and program delivery.
  • First Aid and CPR certification, with a valid Vulnerable Sector Screening.
