The Position

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide a safe and supportive environment in a short-term residential setting for vulnerable populations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the general well-being of clients residing and/or accessing services at the STC White Buffalo Youth Lodge (WBYL) Saweyihtotan Transitional House.

The Support Worker will work with street-involved and vulnerable clients who do not have a permanent residence, and/or may be involved in other high-risk behaviors.

The role will involve supporting clients to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being, while also maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

The Support Worker will be under the direct supervision of the Project Coordinator and will be required to follow the Saskatoon Tribal Council Personnel and Financial Policies, as well as the White Buffalo Youth Lodge State of Emergency Manual.
