We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Dilawri Mississauga Head Office. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of intercompany expenses and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process day-to-day accounts payable transactions to maintain accurate and effective corporate finances
  • Verify and reconcile invoices and statements
  • Process invoices according to standard operating procedures and established payment policies
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting and expense tracking
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Controller

Requirements:

  • Experience with AP/AR and CDK software
  • 2-3 years of dealership experience required
  • Familiarity with one-eighty software and payroll experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
