Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants (TJI). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality products and efficient service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage a team of 5-15 staff members, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
