Overview:
We are in search of a committed professional to become a member of our Residential Underwriting division. In the role of Underwriter, your key responsibilities will include evaluating residential title insurance applications, facilitating business expansion, and collaborating closely with colleagues and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service while showcasing a dedication to quality.
- Assess residential title insurance applications to ensure acceptable risk levels.
- Offer legal insights to various stakeholders.
- Ensure profitability aligns with FCT standards.
- Engage in the development of new products and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Possession of a law degree or an Insurance Agent's license.
- Experience in title insurance and real estate law is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
