Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Forest City Surplus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, and implement price and credits policies.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Staffing and Development: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and conduct performance reviews.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment, appliance store, electronic products store, computer products store, hardware store, sporting goods store, department store, or retail business.
- Commission: Earn a competitive commission on sales.
