Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Forest City Surplus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet sales targets and customer needs.
- Manage a team of 5-10 staff members in various areas of responsibility, including customer service and sales.
- Implement price and credits policies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Commission-based sales structure.
