We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Puddicombe House Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Remove bones from meat and cut fish into steaks and fillets
- Train and assist other meat cutters as needed
- Contribute to the creation of special sausages
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 30-35 hours per week
