We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Puddicombe House Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing meats for processing and cutting.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
- Remove bones from meat to ensure high-quality products
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets for our customers
- Train and mentor junior meat cutters to develop their skills
- Assist in the production of special sausages and other meat products
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Permanent full-time position
