Position Summary

Role Overview: The Warehouse Forklift Operator is tasked with the safe operation of Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, or Clamp Forklifts to facilitate efficient warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Reach Truck, Order Picker, or Clamp operations as required.
  • Collaborate with shift supervisors and team leaders to meet operational targets.
  • Load, unload, pick, put-away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials, ensuring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Preferred experience in handling tires.
  • Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring effective stock rotation.
  • Match incoming shipments with packing documentation.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace while contributing to warehouse security. Conduct all operations with a focus on safety.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in a logistics or distribution center is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with RF systems in a logistics setting.
  • Basic mathematical and reading skills necessary for job functions and paperwork completion.
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
