Key Responsibilities- Health Promotion and Education: Develop and implement health promotion programs to educate clients on healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
- Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans to address the unique needs of our clients.
- Community Outreach and Engagement: Build relationships with community members and stakeholders to promote health services and programs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare professionals, community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of health services.
- Program Development and Evaluation: Develop and evaluate health programs to ensure they meet the needs of our community.
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Experience: Previous experience in public health nursing and/or acute care is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
