Job Title: Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our ABM Delivery Services team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing modern systems and capabilities using cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop high-quality cloud-based solutions using GCP, Azure, and AWS platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect end-to-end solutions involving multiple technology platforms.
  3. Develop solutions leveraging established architecture/design frameworks and best practices.
  4. Lead Proof of Concept/Proof of Technology initiatives and drive innovation in cloud-based solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of IT experience with a strong background in cloud architecture and design.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of building and delivering cloud-based solutions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
