About the Role

Ghada Farghaly is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, and assist with medication administration.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a non-smoking environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions and take action as needed.
