Position: Business System Implementation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy of program data used in project reports.
  • Assist in the rollout of new products and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to maintain product satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative duties such as preparing weekly and monthly reports and organizing meetings.
  • Document both functional and non-functional requirements, and assist in data customization under the supervision of a Business System Implementation II or higher.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the Business System Implementation II or higher in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in PMIS Application, Implementation, and Configuration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Licenses or Certifications:

  • Possession of a recognized Project Management certification (CAPM) is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, and EcoSys is considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
