About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Service Technician to join our team at Appliances Service Guys Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Electrical Tests: Conduct voltage, resistance, and other tests using electrical test equipment to diagnose faults and ensure appliances are functioning properly.
  • Prepare Estimates: Prepare written estimates of repair costs for customers, providing detailed breakdowns of the work required and the associated costs.
  • Plan Service Routes: Plan and optimize service routes to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Repair and Replace Components: Refer to schematic drawings or product manuals to repair or replace faulty components, using specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus as needed.
  • Advise Customers: Advise customers on the work performed and the condition of their equipment, providing clear and concise explanations of the repairs and any recommendations for future maintenance.
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Air Conditioning Systems: Experience with air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Electrical Garden Equipment: Familiarity with electrical garden equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other outdoor power tools.
  • Large Household Appliances: Experience with large household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers.
  • Power Tools: Proficiency with power tools, including drills, saws, and other equipment.
  • Small Appliances: Experience with small appliances, including toasters, blenders, and other kitchen devices.
