We are seeking a skilled 310s licensed technician to join our team at 401 Auto. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and repair work.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, and wheel balancing.
- Determine if additional safety or service work is required by thoroughly examining vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicles qualify for warranty prior to performing warranty repairs.
- Conduct road tests using safe driving standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free service shop.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Record service and repairs in vehicle records.
- Must possess a 310S license.
- Kia experience is considered an asset.
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
