Job Title: Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

Home and Community Care Support Services North East is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services to patients in their homes, schools, or community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with physical disabilities or impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to provide comprehensive care
  • Conduct home visits and provide therapy services in community settings
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Experience working in a community or healthcare environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
