Operations Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Freedom Mobile. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring smooth equipment operation, and providing technical guidance to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop team members in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Coordinate and review work assignments
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
