Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Receivable tasks, including drafting communications to clients regarding outstanding balances, responding to inquiries, and collecting necessary documentation for the Accounts Receivable Department.
  • Support the administrative processes related to weekly payroll management.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports as required by the organization and the Administration Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to monthly Health and Safety protocols.
  • Oversee portal submissions related to Accounts Receivable.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to generate purchase orders for various projects.
  • Assist with a range of administrative functions as directed by the Branch.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business or Office Administration.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong capacity to prioritize and organize responsibilities.
  • Proven conflict management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume workplace.
  • Resourceful, self-driven, and capable of networking within the organization to identify best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
