Role Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be tasked with conducting routine analyses and procedures within the Hematology and Transfusion Laboratory. The role primarily involves working night shifts.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technologist program
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
- Proven experience and understanding of quality assurance and laboratory best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of initiative and self-direction
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Recent experience in Hematology and Transfusion Medicine
- Availability for all shifts
- Satisfactory attendance and performance history
