Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain office, supply area, or warehouse spaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Perform general office duties, including maintaining records on inventory control systems and preparing requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
  • Identify, label, and catalogue items received, and issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
  • Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as needed.
  • Store items in warehouse, tool room, or supply area, ensuring accurate inventory management.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical capabilities include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Weight handling: up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal suitability: client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and punctuality.
Work Environment

Our warehouse operates in a dusty and noisy environment, with a focus on repair and service establishment, wholesale establishment/store, and warehouse settings.

Language

The primary language of work is English, with a 35-45 hour workweek.
