About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at 5172004 MANITOBA LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a safe food handling environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
