Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of our assets to ensure they are operating at maximum efficiency.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including project status updates, financial performance, and asset performance metrics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on asset management and project management.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
