Store Operations Coordinator

Thirstys Cold Beer & Spirits is seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are assigned to duties effectively and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is ordered in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player
