  • Project Planning: Plan and execute development projects to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff as needed to support business growth and expansion.
  • Customer Service and Store Environments: Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell Internet sites.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Business Licenses: Ensure all necessary business and commercial licenses are in place.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
