About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Property Developer One Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business operations.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, order office supplies, and maintain inventory to support our business operations.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Workplace Safety: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
