Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Chetwynd General Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet patients' needs and promote optimal health outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
  • Current Level C CPR certification
  • NRP and ACLS certification an asset
  • Minimum two (2) years experience on Medical, Maternity and Emergency Units
