Job Summary:

Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology is seeking a qualified Driver's Education Instructor to join our team. As a Driver's Education Instructor, you will be responsible for providing quality training to students, emphasizing safe practices and adherence to traffic laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive in-car driving instruction, tailoring instruction to meet students' unique needs and fostering responsible and skilled drivers.
  • Instill a commitment to defensive driving and safety, preparing students for the road.
  • Depending on qualifications, may also provide classroom instruction to cover theoretical aspects of driving, including road signs and rules.
  • Prepare progress evaluations, assessing student progress and offering constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • MTO approved driving instructor course.
  • MTO approved in-vehicle instructor course.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a class G driver's license.
