Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home Care Scheduler to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a key member of our care coordination team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of home care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain scheduling for Home Care clients and staff
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and analyze scheduling data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • One (1) year experience working in an office environment to gain organizational skills
  • Office Administration certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
