Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Engineering Director to join our team at BMO. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain testing strategies and plans to ensure stability and efficiency.
  • Execute and verify test cases as part of the overall functional testing of our products and services.
  • Communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen our quality assurance capability and implement improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT or business environment.
  • BS/BA or MBA/MS in computer science, engineering, information systems, math, or business.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies, metrics, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of BMO applications and infrastructure components.
  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and identify problem areas throughout testing.
  • Collaboration and team skills, with a focus on cross-group collaboration.
  • Able to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
