Job Title: Senior Director Cloud Engineering

McCain Foods is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director Cloud Engineering to lead our cloud infrastructure and operations team. As a key member of our Global Technology team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our cloud infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the transformation of our cloud infrastructure to a modern, scalable, and secure platform.
  • Develop and implement a cloud strategy that aligns with business objectives and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and management of cloud-based systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of cloud services with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans for cloud infrastructure and operations.
  • Lead a team of cloud engineers and operations specialists to ensure high-quality delivery of cloud services.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations, with a strong background in cloud engineering and architecture.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud transformations and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills in cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with cloud security, compliance, and governance.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
