Graphic Designer Job Description

At GRACELAND CREATIVE FILM CORP, we are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphics for our communications materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate Time to Complete Graphic Designs and Illustrations: You will estimate the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Coordinate Production: You will coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Consult with Clients: You will consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, meeting their objectives and expectations.
  • Determine Medium and Vehicle: You will determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication, ensuring effective message delivery.
  • Develop Graphic Elements: You will develop graphic elements that meet clients' objectives, using your creativity and technical skills to produce high-quality work.
  • Establish Guidelines: You will establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers, ensuring consistency and quality in their work.
  • Prepare Sketches and Layouts: You will prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, using your technical skills and creativity to produce high-quality work.
  • Use Existing Resources: You will use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides, ensuring efficient use of resources and high-quality output.
Requirements:
  • Education: You will have a strong educational background in graphic design or a related field.
  • Experience: You will have at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Language: You will be fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Setting: You will be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
