Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Store Manager to join our team at 0890371 B.C. Limited. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties, implementing price and credit policies, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including managing budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.
- Skills: Organized, team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Public transportation is available.
Personal Suitability- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management.
