Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

Gaurika Foods INC is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language required.
