Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bus Maintenance Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our fleet of buses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Diagnose and repair malfunctions in our buses, ensuring that all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
  • Inspections and Approvals: Arrange for and obtain necessary inspections and approvals for major repairs, ensuring that all work is done to the highest standards.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area, ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good working order.
  • Reporting and Communication: Identify and report any additional maintenance or repairs required, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Possess a 310T or 310S certification as a certified technician.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance, with a focus on heavy fleet shops and diesel engine repair.
  • Skills: Hands-on experience with diesel and gasoline engines, computerized diagnostics, and general shop computer knowledge.
