We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to become a vital part of our culinary team. At Lone Star Texas Grill, our kitchen staff is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences through freshly prepared meals. You will have the opportunity to master the art of Tex-Mex cuisine while upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of our signature dishes, including sizzling fajitas and classic Tex-Mex specialties. Follow recipe guidelines meticulously to ensure flavor consistency and proper portioning. Manage multiple orders simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to guarantee that our finest offerings are prepared and served to guests. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in conjunction with the culinary team.Qualifications
Ability to lift items weighing up to 30lbs. Capacity to remain active and engaged throughout the duration of your shift.
