Key Responsibilities- Layout and Measurement: Prepare accurate layouts in conformance to building codes, utilizing measuring tools to ensure precise measurements.
- Material Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to meet project requirements.
- Installation and Finishing: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to ensure a seamless finish.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor other workers to ensure efficient project execution and high-quality results.
- Maintenance and Renovation: Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
